Dear Students,
Welcome to July 2020 Semester!
In view of the COVID-19 situation, to safeguard the health of our students and staff, the SUSS Material Collection counter will not be open for course material collection.

Please take a while to read through the below information on course materials distribution.

4. Delivery Options
You may choose to have the course materials delivered to a designated POPStation or delivery address.
Once the courier application has been made, no changes are allowed. For example, if you have submitted the application and subsequently added another course with print material/s, you would have to arrange for your courier to pick up the additional materials from Markono Print Media, our appointed vendor (address: 18 Pioneer Crescent M-Cube Singapore 628567). For self–arranged courier pick up, please email Student Support (students@suss.edu.sg) and attach the courier confirmation note at least 2 days before the scheduled pick-up.
a) Collection at POPStation
If you opted for collection at POPStation, you will have 3 days from the time you receive the sms/email notification to collect your materials from the designated POPStation. If you fail to collect your package within 3 days of receiving the notification, the course material package will be returned back to Markono Print Media (appointed vendor).
b) Door-Step Delivery
If you opted for door-step delivery and the delivery is unsuccessful, Speedpost will either deposit the package at the nearest POPStation or attempt another door-step delivery on the following working day depending on the package size. A delivery advice will be deposited at the delivery address provided or in the letterbox at the delivery address.
If the package is within the POPStation dimension, Speedpost will deposit the package at the nearest POPStation (as stated in the delivery advice for a period of three (3) calendar days). If the package is not picked up within three (3) days of receiving the notification, the course material package will be returned back to Markono Print Media (appointed vendor).
If the package is oversize (and could not fit into the POPStation), Speedpost will attempt a re-delivery on the next working day (at no additional charges). A maximum of two (2) consecutive re-delivery attempts will be made. Undelivered package will be returned back to Markono Print Media (appointed vendor).
5. Self-arranged Courier Pick-up
Once the course materials are returned back to Markono Print Media, you have to arrange for courier to pick-up the course materials from Markono Print Media. For self-arranged courier pick up, please email Student Support (students@suss.edu.sg) and attach the courier confirmation note at least 2 days before the scheduled pick-up (only on weekdays). Due to COVID-19, Markono Print Media does not allow students to do self-collection at their premise.
6. Exchange/Incomplete Materials
Please check and ensure that the items (exclude late materials) you receive in the package bear the correct item codes and editions. If you find any item(s) defective, missing or any discrepancies, please email Student Support (students@suss.edu.sg) and attach image/s of proof within 14 days from the date of receiving the package.
