Course Fee Subsidy from Ministry of Education (MOE)
Undergraduate students who are eligible for the fee subsidy offered by the Singapore Ministry of Education (MOE), please take note of the following:
  • The MOE subsidy only covers student’s course fees (for First Attempt and Repeat courses). It is not applicable to Resit course(s).
  • Students are required to pay their course fees by the stipulated payment deadline to enjoy the MOE subsidy.
  • Students who fail to make course fee payment by the stipulated payment deadline are deemed to have missed the opportunity to claim the MOE subsidy for their registered course(s). As such, they will be charged the full course fee(s) for the semester.
  • Singapore Permanent Resident students who convert to Singapore Citizenship after the fee payment deadline will only be able to enjoy the subsidized rate of a Singapore Citizen in the following immediate semester.
